Because our screw machines are larger than most we are capable of handling bars of material up to 2-3/8" diameter (2" Hexagonal). Our primary operations department includes late model CNC's in addition to our BROWNE & SHARPE Ultramatic's some with single point threading, cross drilling,and other various capabilities. Our secondary operations department includes the usual array of well maintained automatic milling, and drilling machines. Our CNC vertical maching centers offer 21 tool changes and 4 axis capabilities. We also offer finishing operations like Vibrohone deburring. A separate packaging and shipping department help us to assure proper care and detail is given to every job. Concepts like SPC (statistical process control) and JIT (just in time) delivery are familiar to us. We understand them and use them successfully.
